Chocolate Cake Recipe


200mls milk
400gms baking flour
1 tsp salt
400gms sugar
1.5 tsp baking soda
150gms cocoa powder
100gms vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
200mls hot water


·                       -         Preheat the oven to 300 degree F
·         Prepare 2 – 8inc baking pans and butter the floor of the two pans
·         Put the cocoa, baking soda, flour, salt, and sugar into a big mixing bowl. Stir until all the items are fully combined.
·         Pour oil, eggs, vanilla, and milk to the mixture and use a mixer on low speed until everything is combined. Pour the hot water and continue mixing at high speed until batter is ready.
·         Divide the batter into two and pour in the baking pans.
·         Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
·         Take the cakes out of the oven and cool on a wire rack.
·         Frost the cake by means of chocolate butter cream frosting.
