Red Velvet Cake


2 eggs
300gms baking flour
1 tsp baking soda
300gms sugar
100mls vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
20gms Red food coloring
1 tsp white vinegar


·         Preheat the oven to 350 degree F
·         Prepare 1 – 9x12inc baking pan and butter the floor of the pan.
·         Put the cocoa powder, baking soda, flour, salt, and sugar into a big mixing bowl. Stir until all the items are fully combined.
·         Pour oil, eggs, vanilla, and milk to the mixture and use a mixer on low speed until everything is combined. Stir red food color and continue mixing at high speed until batter is ready.
·         Pour the batter into the baking pan.
·         Bake for 1hr 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
·         Take the cake out of the oven and cool on a wire rack.
·         Frost the cake by means of chocolate butter cream frosting.
