Orange coffee cake recipe


Orange Coffee Cake

500gms baking flour
½ tsp baking soda
85gms instantaneous lemon puddings blend
Juice from 2 divided oranges,
150mls orange juice
100mls cooking oil
4 eggs
1 tsp orange extract


2 tbsp, butter softened
100gms sugar
100gms rolled oats
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp freshly crushed nutmeg
100gms sliced pecans
300gms drained Mandarin oranges


Coffee Cake

·         Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
·         Grease 9 inch baking pan.
·         Put a side 1/2 orange zest.
·         Using a hand mixer, mix the remaining coffee cake ingredients into a big bowl. Start mixing slowly in the beginning, then medium speed for about 2 minutes.
·         Pour the ready batter into baking pan and dust with topping mix.
·         Bake the coffee cake for 40 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
·         Remove it from oven and let it cool for around 10 minutes.


·         Take an average bowl with a pie blender and, mix rolled oats, butter, spices, and sugar until powdery. Hand mix the set aside zest, orange slices, and nuts.
