Pineapple cake recipe


¾ cup baking flour
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup milk
¾ tspn baking soda
¾ tspn vanilla
 1 tspn salt
4 large eggs
¼ cup pineapple syrup
1 cup sliced pineapple
2 cups cream


·         Heat the oven to 300 degree F.
·         Grease 2 – 8inc baking pans and butter the floor of the pans.
·         Take a large bowl and mix the eggs, vanilla, milk, salt, sugar, baking soda, and baking flour, use a hand mixer to beat until it becomes foamy and light too.
·         Once the batter is ready, bake in the pre-heated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
·         Cool the cake on a rack.
·         Once cool, Sprinkle half of the syrup (pineapple) on one layer with the cream and some of the sliced pineapples. Take the other cake layer and cover with it, sprinkle the remaining syrup and cover the whole cake with the cream.
·         Use the remaining pineapple slices to decorate the cake and leave it to chill.
