Raspberry Cake Recipe

Ingredients for cake:

·         2 cups flour
·         1 cup granulated sugar
·         1 package vanilla
·         1 packet of baking powder
·         2 eggs
·         1 cup granulated sugar
Ingredients required for the pastry cream:

·         1 cup starch
·         1/2 tea cup flour
·         1 package vanilla
·         2 cups milk
·         1 cup granulated sugar
·         1 package of whipped cream
Ingredients for Decoration:

·         Raspberries
Preparation of Raspberry Cake
Let’s start with preparation of cake first. Pour granulated sugar, baking powder and vanilla in a bowl and mix. Add eggs to the bowl of mixer and stir until bubbling. Add these eggs to the first mixture that you have prepared. Mix all the ingredients and pour in a cake mold. Start cooking in the oven.

Prepare the pastry cream as the cake is cooking. Take starch, flour, vanilla and milk in a pot and boil the mixture for a while on low heat. Continue stirring until the desired consistency is obtained. Then remove the pastry cream from the stove and leave it for a while for cooling.

After the cake is ready, take it and divide in the middle to prepare 2 floors. Take one of them and pour the pastry cream that you have prepared on it. Place raspberries on the pastry cream. Then place second cake. Prepare whipped cream by mixing milk. Cover all the surface of cake with whipped cream. Place raspberries on the cake for decoration.
